Oh, great blind master,
So, gather them up, Oh blind one,
The blind leading the blind.
Define for them their darkness
as though the light, for they are blind.
Darkness is your ruling light,
your truth your willful master
They'll find one day it was all a lie.
Of you, Oh, great blind master.
So, Separate them from us
You - Oh, great blind master.
Teach them to hear,
Of you - Oh, great blind master.
To define for them their darkness,
and of life and their here-after.
For the blind follow the blind
and darkness their great master.
But the seeing, they are sovereign
and follow not, Oh great blind master.
For they see what you can not
They see you, Oh great blind master.
Your foolish words of blindness,
and darkness, nothingness here-after.
Your blind bliss is your own,
and your darkness is your master.
