The 2nd Seal, (REV 6:3-4)

And when he opened the 2nd seal,
I heard the second living creature
saying,come and see. And another
horse went out, Red.

And it was given to the one sitting
on it to take peace from the Earth,
And that they should slay one another.
And a great Sword was given to him.

Misleading and deceiving, they council together,
one to another in their chambers. Conspiring, they 
conspire... and justice is not in them. And by the
letter and rule of their law they bind the righteous.
How is the love of God in them? In their worldly
ways they take peace from the earth, hypocrisy
and destruction follows... and by the sword of
their tongue they divide and conquer, lying and
never ceasing.

The Spirit of the law is the Love of God. MAT22:34-40
Mathew 22:

34 But hearing that He had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees were gathered together.
35 And one of them, a lawyer, questioned Him, testing Him, and saying,
36 Teacher, which is the great command-ment in the Law?

37 And Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” (Deut. 6:5)
38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” (Lev. 19:18)
40 On these two commandments all the Law and the Prophets hang.

The Spirit of the law is the Love of God, in us, in this there is true Justice. And Righteousness is founded by that same Love in us and in truth is rooted and bound. Love is the life and light of the spirit, the fruit is righteousness, kindness and truth.
